What we collect
- When you order: first and last name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number.
- When you pay: your card details are handled directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
- When you write to us: the information you enter in our forms, including group booking requests.
- When you browse: pages viewed, device type, referral source — by means of cookies.
Why we collect it
- To process and deliver your orders, and keep you informed
- To answer your questions and booking requests
- To prevent fraud and secure transactions
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations
- To send you our communications, if and only if you have consented
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that allow us to operate:
- Shopify — shop hosting and payment processing
- Our carriers — to deliver your order
- Libro Reserve — if you book a table through our site
- The competent authorities, where the law requires it
Some of these providers may process your information outside Quebec, including in the United States, where it is subject to local law.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purposes described above, then for the periods imposed by tax and accounting law — generally seven years for transaction data.
Your rights
At any time, you may:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate
- Ask for it to be deleted, subject to our legal obligations
- Withdraw your consent to our communications
- Request the portability of your information in a structured format
